Professionalism and ethical conduct Integrity and Honesty: Uphold the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and professional ethics. Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and sensitive data obtained during investigations. Respect for Privacy: Adhere to privacy laws and regulations, and avoid activities that infringe upon an individual's privacy rights. Compliance with Law: Operate within the bounds of all applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing private investigations in India. 3. Experience and skills Prior Experience: Relevant experience in law enforcement, military, or security services can be advantageous. Investigative Skills: Possess strong analytical, observational, communication, and interviewing skills. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with various investigative tools, databases, and software is becoming increasingly important. Report Writing: Ability to prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports documenting investigation findings. 4. Training and development Mandatory Training: Complete any prescribed training courses or programs as required by the agency.
