Sign-in instructions for CG Onboarding & Mobile Tests
MASON STUDENTS
Please log-in with your Mason netid and password and complete 2FA through DUO app. Learn more about how to set up your 2FA. If you are a current student and experience log-in issues, contact mason360@gmu.edu.
MASON FACULTY/STAFF
If you have an existing account, please login with your Mason netid and password and complete 2FA through DUO app. If you receive the error message "we cannot find your profile in Mason360, contact your school administrator to be added," please submit the New F/S Account Request Form.
The New F/S Account Request Form is intended for current Mason employees only. Our team will review all submissions within 3 business days.
GUESTS, ALUMNI, PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS, FAMILIES, COMMUNITY MEMBERS
Guests have limited access to Mason360. As a guest, you will be able to view the event calendar, register for an event, and fill out survey/forms. At this time, guests are not able to join groups or access the Mason360 mobile app (you must use a computer or a mobile web browser).
To obtain guest access to Mason360, click on a public event and select register.
Please do not use an email that ends in gmu.edu for guest access. If you are an active student at the university, you must log-in to Mason360 with your Mason netid and password.
